Subscription Cancellations

Our meal prep subscriptions are billed according to the delivery option you select. For example, if you choose a weekly meal prep plan, you will be charged weekly. However, all subscriptions operate on a monthly cycle for cancellation purposes.

Notice Period

To cancel your subscription, you must provide one full month’s notice before your monthly renewal date.
Your renewal date is the same date each month based on the day you first subscribed.

Example:

If you subscribe on the 18th of a month, your subscription renews on the 18th of each month, while billing for meals occurs weekly.
If you wish to cancel your subscription for January, you must notify us before 18th December.
If notice is given after the 18th, the cancellation will take effect from the next monthly cycle.

Services Received During Notice Period

During the notice period, you will continue to receive any meals covered under the weekly charges applied until the end of your final subscription month.

How to Cancel

To cancel, please email us at info@strongher-withlaura.co.uk with your name, subscription details, and the date you wish your cancellation to take effect. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Refunds on Cancellations

Because our meals are freshly prepared and perishable, refunds are not available for any meal prep orders already billed or prepared within the notice period.

Changes to Your Subscription

If you need to pause, change, or update your subscription, please contact us as soon as possible. All changes follow the same monthly notice rules unless otherwise stated.

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which StrongHer with Laura (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides meal prep services, subscriptions, and related products to you (“you,” “the customer”). By placing an order, subscribing to any plan, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below and in our full Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Overview of Services

StrongHer with Laura provides fresh, made-to-order meal prep products, available through one-off purchases or recurring weekly subscription billing. All meal prep items are perishable and prepared in line with the ordering and delivery schedule published on our website.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Billing Structure

Subscriptions are billed according to the delivery frequency you select. For example, weekly meal prep plans are charged weekly based on the meals you order.

2.2 Monthly Subscription Cycle
Even if you are billed weekly, your subscription operates on a monthly cycle for cancellation and renewal purposes. Your monthly renewal date is the date of the month you originally subscribed.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Notice Period
To cancel your subscription, you must provide one full month’s notice prior to your monthly renewal date.

Example: If you subscribed on the 18th, your monthly renewal date is the 18th of every month. To cancel for January, you must notify us before 18th December. If you notify us after your renewal date, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the following monthly cycle.

3.2 Services During Notice Period

During the notice period:
• You will continue to receive meals as scheduled.
• Weekly charges will continue until the final date of service.
• Prepared meals and weekly billing within the notice period are non-refundable.

3.3 How to Cancel

• Your full name
• Subscription details
• The date you wish to cancel
You will receive written confirmation.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Eligibility & Availability
We deliver within a 5–10 mile radius at an additional cost. Some products, such as Breakfast Meal Prep, cannot be shipped. If ordered with a shipping option, the entire order will be refunded.

4.2 Delivery & Processing Meal prep deadlines:
• Friday 9PM for Sunday delivery/collection
• Monday 9PM for Wednesday delivery/collection
• Orders for shipped items (where applicable) are dispatched within 2 days.

4.3 Delivery Issues
If lost or delayed, contact us at info@strongher.co.uk. Shipping fees for non-shippable items are refunded immediately.

5. Return & Refund Policy

5.1 Fresh Food Guarantee As all meals are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered.

5.2 Reporting Issues If your order is incorrect, damaged, or spoiled, you must notify us within 24 hours with a photo and order number. Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

5.3 Exceptions
• Perishable food cannot be returned.
• Custom or dietary-specific meals cannot be refunded unless we made an error.
• The EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply due to perishability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:
• Provide accurate account, address, and billing information
• Ensure someone is present to receive deliveries where required
• Refrigerate meals immediately upon delivery
• Notify us promptly of any issues We are not liable for spoilage due to missed deliveries or improper food handling.

7. Limitation of Liability

 
Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external carriers, allergic reactions where ingredients are clearly listed, or indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

9. Acceptance of This Agreement

By placing an order, signing up for any subscription plan, or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Customer Agreement, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
