How does StrongHer online coaching work?

It's simple! We'll book a coaching call where we'll get to know each other, you can discuss what you're looking for as well as your goals whilst I can give you the run down of what I offer. If that sounds good to you we can get to work, with tailored plans and structures goals I'll have you hitting target in no time!

Do I need access to a gym or special equipment to join?

Not at all! I can work with you - if gyms aren't your thing, there's no need to introduce something you're not going to enjoy. We can look at step count or other activities to keep you active whilst meeting your goals.

Is StrongHer suitable for beginners or people returning to fitness?

StongHer is suitable for women, whether you're just starting your fitness journey or wanting to rejoin after some time out, it's all about supporting you in meeting your goals.

What kind of support will I get throughout the program?

Whether it's Fitness & Nutrition or just Nutrition coaching, I'll be there to support you every step of the way - available through the app, in your pocket, I can advise, check in and support throughout each week.

Can I pause or cancel my coaching if something comes up?

Of course! I just ask for one months notice ahead of cancellation.
