Our Fresh Food Guarantee
All of our meals are prepared fresh daily to ensure the highest quality. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered, except in cases where your order is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards.

Reporting Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or spoiled upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours at info@strongher-withlaura.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement, credit, or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, all meal prep items are non-returnable once delivered. Custom orders or dietary-specific meals cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our part.

Refunds
Once your issue has been approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union Customers
Due to the perishable nature of our products, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our meal prep orders.
